Faulkner Tennis Center is Tyler's Premier Public Tennis facility. 

The tennis park is part of Faulkner Park which includes baseball, skating, water and biking facilities. 

The park belongs to Tyler Parks and Recreation [P&R].

Friends of Faulkner [FOF] is a group of tennis players and park advocates working with Tyler Parks & Recreation [TP&R] and the Director of Tennis [DOT] to review particularly the tennis facilities.​

The major project is to add 8 more tennis courts:   

Another block of 2 courts like the four blocks that are there now and 

2 blocks of covered courts - 3 courts in each block. ​​​

THE ADDITIONAL NEW EIGHT COURTS ARE NOTED BELOW IN DARK BLUE
