- build six additional tennis courts (for a total of 14 Tennis courts)

- build ten court pickleball complex

- some or all of which might be indoors or covered

- automated system for court booking and court access (upgrade existing courts) 

- build new pro shop(s) to support the new courts
- renovate existing  pro shop into a player lounge, meeting area...
- lighting, fencing, observation area(s), landscaping... as appropriate and affordable
