Minutes of members meeting:
At 1:00pm the members convened by phone. (Meeting adjourned at 2:48)
Present were: Ann, Carolyn, Edward, Laura and Julie (Carl, Dick and Greg)
Edward proposed the following motion:
"Due to impending statute of limitations and the lack of cooperation from Todd,
We, Keyser, LLC allocate $10,0000 to sue Todd for interference."
Discussion followed and the motion passed unanimously.
Edward will send a document for members' signatures to confirm in writing their authorization to spend over $5,000
