Minutes of members meeting:

Members convened by phone.   

Present were: Ann, Carolyn, Edward, Laura and Julie

​

The following motion was discussed and passed unanimously: 

​

"Counsel has advised that we dismiss our current tortious interference suit. 

​We, Keyser, LLC agree to dismiss the suit at counsel's discretion."

 

Discussions were also held about the status of the estate

and plans to go forward with the sale of our LLC assets.
