Minutes of members meeting on August 19, 2025

 

Present were: Ann, Laura, Edward, Julie and Carolyn 

Spouses present too:  Janet, Carl, Dick

Purpose is to update members and get us all on the same page 

Short report from LST:

1. The sales process is moving along.

2. We, LST, are working the deal every day. 

3. We met as a group last week 

4. We now have an exponentially better understanding of our properties. 
   Greg did the research and was able to show us what he has accomplished at that meeting. 

5. We then met with another broker/advisor  - the third one: Simplex, Energy Advisor Group [EAG]  
   We really like the one we met with last Thursday; professional & comprehensive
   We’re planning to use the broker/advisor RedOaks.

6. The immediate process going forward is: 

   1. negotiate terms with RedOaks

   2. have a more detailed analysis of properties that are especially important or where we have questions

7. We are confident with the $5,000,000 number 

8. We are pretty confident that we can complete the transaction(s) this year 

9. Discussion: 

   1. more details about how and why we chose RedOaks​

   2. agreement with RedOaks will be signed this week​
