Minutes of members meeting on February  9, 2026

Spouses present too:  Janet, Carl, Dick?, Greg

LST members including Greg G.

Purpose is to update members and get us all on the same page

   "The members hereby approve to continue with the sale of all our LLC assets"
   motion seconded

8. Reminder that all numbers and Buyer names are confidential. 
   A "Slip-up" could lower potential sale by $4,000,000 or more
